Dissemination of Information on Land Rights in Limpomajang Urban Village, Majauleng District, Wajo Regency

Land holds not only economic and welfare value but also strategic significance for the nation and the state. A substantial amount of land owned by the residents of Limpomajang Urban Village remains untitled. Legal outreach regarding land registration is crucial, as the area's immense natural potential could be more optimally utilized if these community-owned lands were formally certified. The objectives of the initiative are to: 1) facilitate the formalization of land rights for residents through certification; 2) disseminate information on land rights certification laws; 3) outline the steps for obtaining a certificate; and 4) raise awareness about the importance of certification. This community service activity enables participants to understand the general benefits of land rights certification. The initiative received a positive response from local authorities, evidenced by a letter of support from the Limpomajang Urban Village administration. The legal outreach session on land rights certification was successfully conducted in Limpomajang, eliciting an enthusiastic response from the community, as reflected in the attendance figures and the questions posed to the presenters. To achieve the goals of this community service activity regarding land rights certification law, the program was structured in two stages: an educational session followed by a discussion
